Food is decent. Service... Decent. Everything..... Decent. Not great just..... Decent.

Broccoli was a way overcooked. Margarita too water downed. Otherwise rest of food was good.

Terrible avoid at all cost All the dishes were dirty, the entire restaurant smelled like body odor and it took 10 min6for us to be seated dosent sound bad but since the place had only been open for 5 minutes and we were the only people there that seemed odd. I will never go to this place ever again

3:30 in the afternoon. Ordered Louisiana steak and chicken tenders. Took 40 minutes for dinner to get to table. Manager tried to claim they were busy. They weren't. Manager also said it was because the steak is challenging to cook. Ordered the steak to be medium. It arrived well done. Manager took 50% off the bill. A nice gesture, but I won't return. This is my third visit in a row to different O'Charleys and all have been miserable. I'm an easy going guy, but this restaurant has definitely gone down hill.

Ordered curbside to go. Picked up order, got home, raw chicken on mine and my child’s salad. Called. Spoke with manager. Extremely apologetic. Went back and picked up new salads. Manager ensured chicken was cooked. I should’ve verified. It was raw as well. I question their safe food practices and think the health department should pop in. I will never return.

Was pretty busy but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good too!

Everytime we go in there they are understaff slow service and small portions We gave three times

Food is always great but I love being at the bar as they make you feel like you are with family. Diane and Chris are both awesome. And the the rest of staff that I have met are very hard working. I hope the higher ups realize that the people who work are just as important as the quality of the food. Please take care of these people. I would hate to go in and someone anyone gone.

Ordered though doordash, only half of our order arrived. "Bill" the manager apologized in the most condescending way and then said doordash will not re-deliver any mistaken orders. He said "we will just get you next time." Never even received an apology over the mistake. There will be no next time. 0/5 just call Texas Roadhouse.

Food here was good but service was slow for a late lunch. I think they must have been having issues in the kitchen. Our server was polite and attentive. She kept our drinks filled and responded to our requests quickly.

Lots of delicious food. Left full! Great waitress...just the right amount of "attention"! Wonderful experience!

Great service. Any time I needed something my waiter was there without me waiting or having to look for him, but he wasn't hovering. Reasonable prices and good selection.

I ordered a steak medium rare and it was extra extra rare, asked them to cook it longer but it came back with one half cooked a little more and the other half looked exactly as it was. I'm not sure how that happened. Havent had much luck here, probably wont go back any time soon.

I recommend getting takeout from here since one of the managers left the service has not been the same I feel like the food is a little bit more consistent when you get to go

We had dinner tonight at O'Charleys bloomington IN, our server was Neil he was very efficient. He made eye contact when speaking to you. He was very polite. He was also extremely nice and helpful. He made our visit enjoyable. We would return to O'Charleys, because of the treatment we received from him. I had a great time there tonight.

Celeste was our waitress and was an absolute pleasure to have as a server. She was polite, professional, personable, and an all around sweet young lady! The food was great and the environment was welcoming.

Service was poor, slow. Ordered Fish & Chips and loaded Potato Soup. Soup was really thick.. They brought out rolls and didn't give us plates same with appetizers/ no plts...brought out fish and didn't bring the fries. Plus a lot more errors were made not enough time to write about all of them.

Another great dinner! Never have a complaint and have started coming here several times a month!

You know what to expect here. Good service. Good food. Not gormet, but thats not what you pay for either. I recommend the salmon bowl, delicious.

This is my daughter's favorite place to eat. We eat here a lot. The food is good and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere is laid back and family friendly. They have several TVs in the bar area that may distract children, as they can be seen from most of the place. They do a really good job at looking laid back but still offering fast service.

Quiet place and great service. The crispy chicken tacos are something you should try 😋

O'Charley's used to be a favorite restaurant when visiting Bloomington and was my mother in laws choice yesterday. Thankfully the company was good because the service, unfortunately was not. We waited for close to 2 hours for our food to arrive. The server was not concerned that we had waited however the manager was very friendly and apologetic as well as refunded part of our bill. My husband and I were discussing our experience after returning home only to realize that I didn't even get my salad. Needless to say, we we're not happy.

I ordered it for lunch today, I got the sirloin steak family meal, the food was cold and instead of medium rare our steaks came raw, and not even temped well,I live very close to ol Charley's so not enough time for them to get this cold. It literally temped at 90 degrees.

Maddison was our server and did a great job of taking care of us as we waited for our food. Menu seemed limited based on past experiences. But what we had was good.

Great chain restaurant.

We was greeted at the host stand when we first arrived. Haley our waitress was excellent and the waiter working next to her was friendly and professional. The food was excellent this evening. We was greeted on our way out by several different waiters and the host.

Chicken tenders are fresh and hot but the baked potatoes are usually only warm, not hot. Their rolls are terrific and tasty but their salads sometimes seem like they aren't the freshest.

We have ordered curbside many times and unfortunately keep getting the same results. No eating utensils and rolls are burnt. We've talked to a manager about this already but I guess no one really cares. It's really a shame that this restaurant can't get their s$%! together. I have pics of the burnt rolls but can't post them here. Shame on you for not fixing this problem.

Super busy evening so we had to wait a while for our drinks. The food didn't taste horrible but we both fell ill less than 24 hours after eating there. I posted on social media about it and a lot of other people commented claiming they too did not feel well after eating there within the same timeframe. I know the flu is going around so....it sounds to me like the staff needs to spend some time disinfecting everything they can think of. Door handles, the menus that stay on the table, the menus that the waiters bring you and probably the booth seats and chairs. Sounds like just wiping the table tops isn't cutting it 😕
